Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received and verified.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the claim and arrange a suitable resolution.
